UNFORTUNATELY due to a large number of reservations in our restaurant not being honoured a credit card is requested to secure a booking. Tables WILL NOT be held ( unless for residents ) without a valid credit card number. CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE DEBITED OF ANY MONIES, UNLESS A BOOKING IS NOT HONOURED.

If your table booking is for 7 or more persons then a ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, NONE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ( unless cancellation policy is followed ) is required to secure the booking, which will be deducted from your final bill. Also a standard service surcharge of 10% will be added to your final bill.

As you can appreciate late cancellations can cause us many problems. Reluctantly therefore if a refund is required we need 7 days prior notice for the cancellation of your rooms and for the restaurant tables 2 days prior notice, With regard to the latter a charge of £25 per person will be implemented if the notice period is not given.

For all room bookings we require a deposit of £50.00 per room when the booking is made.

We request that rooms are vacated by 11am on the day of departure. However we do relise that certain circumstances might operate where you might require a slight extension on this timing. Please talk to us as early as you can and where we can we will try to accommodate your needs. However, if the 11am timing is abused without our prioir knowledge then we will have to charge you for an extra night.

Dogs are very welcome at Andrews and stay free of charge. However, we do ask that certain common sense rules are in place. Please no dogs on the bed. We do prefer that dogs are not fed or left unattended in the rooms but should you wish too then any damage caused by your dog will obviously have to be paid for.

We regret that children under the age of 12 years old are not allowed.

Finally, Andrews is strictly 'no smoking' and this applies strictly to both the restaurant and accommodation. If smoking is found to have occurred in the bedroom a charge of 2 full nights accommodation will be charged to cover defuming of the room.
